RECEIPE
Boil 200g lentils, Fry mustard, Chopped onions, Green Chilies and Curry leaf edible oil till golden brown. Take 100g Vegetable cuttings of your choice, 2 tomatoes, tamarid juice, 1 spoon Chandru's Sambar Powder, Salt & chilli to taste and cook with boiled dal for 15 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Tasty Sambar is now ready to serve.
