Vintage  80's Hasbro Preschool Shirt Tails Pammy Panda.  She stands about 10.5 inches tall, her shirt reads Pammy on the front and Smart Cookie on the back.  She has been well loved , she is faded and it's hard to read her tag, but she is still in good shape with no visible tears.  It is difficult to find a shirt tails of this size and with writing on the back of the shirt.
