Q: What should i do if the led strip can not light up?
A: 1. Check if the adapter work.
2. Please confirm you have aligned the arrow on the led strip end port and the white controller cord
3. Try to connect the different end of the led strip.
4. Other question please contact our customer service.
 
Q: Does the led strip have white light?
A: We sell two kind of led strip, 2835 RGB led strip do not have white light. 5050 RGB led strip have white light.
 
Q: Could i put the led strip in the water or outdoor?
A: The led strip only reach IP20/IP65. can not put in water or for outdoor use.
