CANCELLATION, RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Please make sure you read our policy on cancellation, return and refund carefully.
CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order you should message before noon (12:00 pm) of the day the item is going to be dispatched. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
RETURN & REFUND
We will issue a full refund and pay the return postage fee if a mistake is made from our side i.e. wrong size or colour, item does not match the descriptions or damaged.
Under any other circumstances following terms & conditions are applied:
- Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Item(s) returned should be in the same condition as it was originally sent to the buyer.
- Buyer should pay for postage.
- Since the postage fee is already included in our prices, refund is subject to deduction of postage fee.
