The decals are not raised. They are made from the Premium Quality vinyls Oracal, Germany. These decals are cut from different types of self adhesive vinyl (not printed), and their colors will last forever, with an outdoor lifespan of 7+ years. These decals will be masked with transfer tape. This transfer tape will help you to place the decals.
