FITMENT NOTE:  This custom built set of fuel injectors with brand new, German-made Monark nozzles that will fit any LATE (1991-1996) Mercedes om603 turbodiesel engines found in w126 chassis 350SDL, w140 300SD and w140 S350.  These nozzles have the thread on the very bottom of the injector body, as shown in the photo.   If you are uncertain as to whether or not your vehicle has this style of injector, please email seller prior to buying.  Seller stocks many types of injectors and probably has what you need available to be rebuillt.

Note #1 of 2: Each set is custom made so please allow for an approximately 40 "business" day lead time from the time your order is placed until shipment as each set is rebuilt and balanced to suit your particular vehicle.  I do not stock the nozzles and have to order them directly from Germany, which takes time.

Installing rebuilt fuel injectors is one of the best performance upgrades for an older Mercedes diesel.

I use Monark nozzles (made in Germany) rather than the Bosch (made in India) nozzles so you have the highest quality internal components.  The machining tolerances of the Monark nozzles are significantly better (down to the microns) than rough finished Indian, Chinese or other "cheap" clone nozzles, resulting in better fuel atomization.

It is frequently a neglected maintenance item, but once installed you realize what you had been missing before.  I have installed these rebuilt injectors in many cars and every single customer has been satisfied.  New injectors will quiet the injection noises, give you more power and better fuel economy, as well as less smoking and easier running on wvo.  New injectors will not cure a worn out engine (i.e. bad piston rings, bad valves, etc), but even in those cases, you will find improved performance, less smoke, and easier start-up due to the better fuel atomization that the rebuilt injectors provide.

I have a set of 6 matching, balanced fuel injectors.  Balanced, cleaned and pop-tested in house by experienced Mercedes diesel mechanic.   All brand new nozzles are installed on these fuel injectors.    The nozzle bodies thoroughly cleaned, pop-tested for proper pressure and spray pattern, and balanced as a matching set.

You will need to install new heat shields prior to installing these injectors to protect them.  Heat shields are not included, but are available at any european parts store.
