Sticker will NOT come with a background but transfer tape will be applied. Carefully remove tape from carrier sheet making sure the entire sticker comes with it. Press firmly in place and use a squeegee (credit card works too) to get all the air bubbles out. Peel off transfer tape making sure the entire sticker stays in place.
