I have a hardcover copy of Better Homes & Gardens - Good Foot on a Budget with a date of 1972 for sale. The book is still in good condition.    There is no writing inside. I saw two small stains on the title page, the rest of the book is clean.  The book is tight at the spine.  There is some minor wear to the top and bottom of the spine, the edges of the book and the corners as well.  The corners are still sharp.    The pages are tanning a bit.
