This is the "Charleston Flapper", a beautiful, yellow poly, and gold trimmed, straight line dress, with sequin shoulder straps.

The dress has a sheer overlay on either side of the dress, that has a gold glitter swirl design.

The upper edge is elasticized, and the dress is trimmed with gold sequin, sequin fringe and a faux pearl.

It includes a matching gold sequin and ostrich feather headband.

*Note- The measurements are a bit conservative. There is some stretch to the yellow fabric, which is the base of the dress, so you should be able to allow for a 1/2" or so more, but bare in mind that a Flapper dress should hang straight, and not fit too tight.
