Payment:

·      Purchases must be paid for within 3 days

·      Any sale in the State of California will incur sales tax

Returns

British Wire Wheel offers a 30-day return policy after date of purchase subject to British Wire Wheel’s Rules. If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon receipt, we will replace the item or issue a refund. If an item is incorrectly ordered or if the customer has changed their mind about an order, the buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges back to British Wire Wheels. Of course, if the mistake is on there is no restocking fee or need to pay for return shipping. All returned merchandise must be returned in original condition. Items returned after 30 days cannot be honored for a refund. We will only issue a refund for authorized returned merchandise.
