operate daily with faster order processing than anyone 

and supplement/double-box most factory packaging to 

make sure it will arrive in the condition you expect.

Shop with us and your hard-earned gear is packed 

with care and ships the SAME DAY when ordered by 

12 Noon Pacific.  Most orders placed by 2 p.m. Pacific 

even ship the same day.  

*International orders sometimes require one additional 

day for processing.

Shipping: 

Most orders over $100 value or being sent to a residence 

will require  a signature.

Shipping charges for International orders do not include 

any duties, taxes, or additional fees which your local 

government may require. 

Packages will pass through customs.

Any costs that may be required by your appropriate 

government agency are the buyers sole responsibility. 

Returns:

We accept returns on eligible new items within 30 days 

of receiving  your order.  Buyer pays return shipping, 

unless the wrong item was sent. 

Restocking fees and restrictions do apply.
