He is made of wire covered black yarn. He has a green dress and multicolored beads. He is holding a drum made of leather. 

Comes with stand.

In excellent vintage condition - wear consistent with age. There is a white paint spot under the eye I can't figure out what it is. Did it happen during painting or is it a stain? (photo 4)
