    Shipping:

    • All shipment will ship by UPS or USPS.
    • All items will ship within 24 working hours, and we will ship out all orders  the same day they are placed before 4 PM (Monday~Friday) after payment verified,  please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
    • CANADA & International customers please note: your government might  charge a duty tax (brokerage fees). We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.


    Return:

    • Return Detail - Returns are permitted and must be initiated 
    • by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date. In order to return an item, 
    • you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 
    • No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. 
    • All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. 
    • There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

    Payment:

    • Sale tax is applied/required to all California shipment.
    • We accept PayPal, Visa/MasterCard, Amex and Discover.
