Seller Refurbished - Excellent Used Condition - You are buying a genuine KitchenAid VF, 7" fine shredding plate, wheel housing and drive shaft.  This attachment has light use and shows a bit of scuff / dark marks on the drive shaft and some scuffs on front plate.  This attachment was de-greased, washed, sanitized and polished for this listing.  Also, the drive shaft has been lubricated with food grade Lubriplate grease and is ready for immediate food use.  The Pelican attachment housing required to make this wheel and plate work is not included in this listing.  You are buying a Pelican VF, fine shred plate, wheel housing and drive shaft attachment only.

This VF, fine shredding wheel for 7" Pelican attachment was manufactured by Hobart for KitchenAid.  It is used to fine shred most any hard food including, cabbage, carrots, cheese, nuts, chocolate, croutons, etc.  It is built to last a life time, all metal construction.
