Don Mattingly #22 1988 Fleer Superstars
Item is Near Mint or better

THE NAMED PLAYER ONLY. From a 44 card boxed set.

Among the many box issues produced by Fleer from 1985 to 1990 that were intended to be exclusive releases for the various chain outlets such as Walgreens, Revco, McCrory's, Eckert's, 7-11, Ben Franklin, Toys 'R' Us, Kay Bee and others.

Some of these sets are fairly common as extra supplies made it into the hands of hobby sources but several are becoming much more difficult to find now 10-15 years after issue.
