2 Tapeworms (Dipylidium caninum, Taenia pisiformis)
2 Roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina)
3 Hookworms (Ancylostoma canium, Anclystoma braziliense, Unicinaria stemocephala)

Directions:
25.1 lbs to 50 lbs - Give 1 Tablet
50.1 lbs to 100 lbs - Give 2 Tablets
100.1 lbs to 150 lbs - Give 3 Tablets
150.1 lbs to 200 lbs - Give 4 Tablets

Sentry HC WormX Plus Chewables are recommended for dogs 12 weeks of age and older.
