All SweetiePost boxes are dispatched Same Working Day (if ordered before 2PM) and come with Free Postage, always sent Royal Mail 1st Class.          All Gift Boxes we offer are Letterbox Friendly and all our Gift Boxes come with a free personalisation option to make it a great unique and personal gift!

If you would like a personalised message:

• Please pick your design from the photos on the listing, we a variety of designs to suit any occasion!
• Leave your message on the listing page, in the text box section (above where the price of the box is quoted).
• Alternatively, we are more happy to add a personalised message to your order, once you've ordered, by contacting us via message. Please provide the personalisation request asap as we will need to dispatch all orders by 2PM to ensure your order is with you as quickly as possible.

Delivery & Dispatch Information:

• All Orders are dispatched on the same working day (orders before 2PM)
• All Orders are sent Royal Mail 24, 1st Class which provides a delivery confirmation (tracking number available once dispatched).
• If your order is a gift and you would like it sent directly to the recipient, please provide their address before paying by changing your delivery address or by sending us a message once you've ordered.
