This particular part has been used over generations of Ford vehicles. From older models including the Sierra and Escort including RS Turbo and Cosworth to newer models such as Focus, Mondeo etc. 

Contents Include: 1 x connector  2 x  wire terminals  2 x  wire Seals 1 x terminal lock  

This part is also available in a pre-assembled version taking all the hard work out of wiring up yourself.(SEE LAST PICTURE)
