In very good condition, has been kept in clear plastic document cover for many years, expected yellowing front & back from age throughout. There are some bents, edges nice, a cut/slit left end of envelope to take out contents, soft corners, sealed back flap. Some smudges on back that is blank. The envelope measures 5 5/8 by 3 /8 inches.
