SHIPPING - All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the Monday. Royal Mail 48 is the standard method of transit but express delivery options are available at checkout including 24 hour, tracked and signed for.

CHARGES - Postal charges, where applied, are clearly shown within the listing. Please bear in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you purchase, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes.

Paypal is our preferred merchant of payment simply because it is the most efficient method designed for Ebay transactions. It offers protection for both Buyer and Seller alike.

After you have chosen the BUY NOW option, an instruction email will be sent to your eBay registered email address.After "Checkout Complete", you will be redirected to Paypal to pay the bill either by existing account or as a gateway for credit card payments. This way, the order can be automatically downloaded after payment clearance

If you decide you do not want an item for any reason (other than damaged or faulty goods) you must tell us, in writing, within 14 days (maximum) of receiving your item that you do not want it. You will be asked to return the item to us within another 14 days (maximum) and in the same condition you received it in. You will be asked to return the goods to us by post and obtain proof of posting. Please make sure that they are re-packed in the original packaging material (where possible).

Refunds will be made by PayPal upon receiving the returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER AND THESE COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED .

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days (maximum) of receipt. We will ask you to provide photographic evidence andto send the item back to us within another 14 days (maximum). We will ask you to use the original packaging to prevent any further damage, and we will ask you to obtain "Proof Posting" (NOT "Recorded Delivery"). Upon receipt of the return, we will happily provide you with either a replacement item or refund.
