Semperfli Nano Silk Predator 6/0 100D

This fly tying thread is made from specially formulated gel spun polyethelene (GSP). This thread is 100 denier or thread aught 6/0. The breaking strain of the thread is 3,800 gm (8.4lb). This thread is recommended to suit hook sizes: #10 to #2/0 and above.

Nano Silk lays perfectly flat so you do not get thread build up, and can be used for foam or split for a dubbing loop with a fine needle. Like all GSP threads, it must be used with a ceramic bobbin holder.

Spools of black and white thread hold 100 metres.

Spools of coloured thread hold 50 metres.

The bulk spool hold 200 metres of thread.
