We use DPD, Parcelforce, UPS and Royal Mail for delivery our goods. Depending on postage service someone may need to be in to sign for the item. Our postage cost is usually free of charge however we reserve the right to charge postage fee if postage is upgraded to faster delivery service or postage is to one of following UK destinations: NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS OF SCOTLAND,SHETLANDS OR SCILLY. This only applies to heavy items sent by the courier companies. There is no surcharge if the item is being posted using Royal Mail. International buyers please email us for postal costs prior to bidding (Unless relevant shipping rates are stated in listings). We don’t post any heavy parcels (due to insurance cost) outside EU. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders to these addresses

All items we send are in good order when leaving our premises, any damage will therefore have been caused during the delivery process and will not be "our fault" and we will claim a compensation from a courier company. When an item arrives by courier, please take a time to open it and confirm the goods are in good order before signing for them. Some drivers will not allow you to open the item to check it, if this happens sign your name with the word "UNCHECKED" next to it as then a claim can be made if damage is found later. If it is damaged, then sign for it as damaged and refuse delivery. If an item is not collected from the post office or collection point and the item is returned you will have to pay postage again.

We guarantee these items to work on arrival as they are checked and packaged by us before listing on ebay and despatching. We personally guarantee all purchases for 3-14 Months (depends of the product) from the receipt of goods. If an item does prove faulty when it is received then a replacement will be sent out once we have received the item back and confirmed its faulty and confirmed the serial number and our security VOID labels and hidden UV mark.

If you wish to return an item due to any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal costs of returning the item. When returning the product, please include a letter with your contact details, ebay user name, date of transaction and described a reason or return or fault description if returned under warranty. We will not accept any items back under 30 Days Return Policy if they are not in their original packaging, sent back without original accessories, have heavy signs of use or have signs of case opening or parts replacing. Please note all items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

We professionally test all products before listing on Ebay and again before despatching sold products. We trust our courier companies but in some circumstanced parcels may arrive damaged in transit.
