 Items:  I almost always list in as is condition and I do my best to describe the items I list.  I am not perfect or an expert on all things; I am capable of making mistakes.  Please ask questions prior to placing a bid.  I also reserve the right to pull an item at any time during the auction or list period, if the item has no bids.  

Payments:  Payment(s) must be made within 4 days of auction close.  I accept PayPal.  If other arrangements are necessary, please contact me.  If you require a delay in payment, please contact me prior to committing to buy. 

Shipping:    Shipping can be expensive, even more including the packing materials expense, so please realize that expense prior to committing to buy. I usually ship same day of completed payment.  I will also combine items to save you on shipping, but please let me know if you are bidding and winning more than one of my items. If the item is glass or fragile, I will only ship priority in the unlikely event the item is damaged during shipping.  

International buyers:  You are responsible for any duties or taxes due on your end.  I do try to find the least expensive shipping for international, but please let me know if you would like to upgrade. I will only accept paypal payments.   

 Returns:  If I do not accept returns I will state so, but please contact me if there is an issue with your item.  If I do offer a return, please read the terms of a return.

Payment is expected within 48 hours unless you have notified me in advance. Please make sure you can follow through with your bid.  Nonpaying bidders are automatically reported.  Not that this warning stops the wrong do’ers, but please think before you bid. Strikes against your account affect your ability to place more bids on items and could lead to your account being suspended.  Do the right thing and always pay for your wins.

As are almost ALL items we sell, this item is sold in used vintage condition which means by nature it is not perfect as it is a pre-owned and will show signs of wear, use, and age. It is not in new condition nor is it mint.

We do not clean, repair, or polish items, we sell them as we find them. It is sold 'as is.' We work VERY HARD to describe each item in detail, including its imperfections. Our assessment of condition may differ from yours, this is the nature of buying something online/through the mail. Please ask questions prior to bidding (not after) as we conduct true auctions where sales are final, no returns, no refunds, no partial refunds or returns. 

Please note that the shipping quote is for the lower 48 states only. Other locations will have a shipping adjustment if actual shipping is over a few dollars. Please don’t hesitate to email me any questions.

We do not ever refund for buyer's remorse, or for loss/damage in transit (that's what insurance is for), no exceptions. In the event a postal claim needs to be filed it is the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. Refund will come from USPS, not us. We do not sell 'on approval.' So please be sure of your bid.
