Textured Book Cover Leather Unsure it has some tears & binder is loose. In Vintage Preowned Condition Beautiful For its age.

Book measures 10" Long x 7" Wide. With binder overlapping about 2”

Has 288 paged

Condition: Very good. Expected wear to the leather front cover noticed at the corners, along edges, at the fold next to the spine, on spine, and on rear. Spots of discoloration to interior pages but none strong enough to effect legibility. Intact binding and tight spine; all pages intact, without writing or excessive wear and tear. Well-preserved and only appears to be lightly perused.
