As we employ staff to pick and pack orders, we have to charge for packing, hence our charge for Post & Packing.

We are horrified what we as a society are doing to our planet so we minimise the over use of plastic by using the wrapping of parts as the outer bag [as well as minimising size of the packet to qualify for minimum postal rate], but where this is inappropriate then we will either use non-plastic material for packing or, as second best, reuse any material that is good for the product that may result in us using plastic for a second or more time.

We would appreciate your understanding of our ecological attempts and ask you to promote the minimising if not ceasing in the use of plastic.
