DIVERSION SAFE

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective or not as described and you would like to return it, then it must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it must include all items that were in the original package in order to receive a refund or replacement.

Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your goods. This will enable us to rectify any issues.
Any notification of discrepancies we receive after 30 days will not be covered by our returns policy.
Hair brush safes need to be PULLED to open, NOT TWISTED.

Hair brush safes are posted in random colours, this can be one colour for the brush or the top part can have a different colour to the bottom part.
Please clean this product before use, as there may be remnants from the production process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is free of any internal substances. We do not accept responsibility for this.

Each item is made using genuine items, meaning some pieces may arrive with natural dents or scratches. While we take care in our process, some sharp edges may occur during production.
