Please note that delivery dates are only estimates and just because eBay tells you your goods will arrive on a Saturday does not necessarily mean that they will. We use a standard courier service. Delivery is to the door, or main entrance to the premises only and can be any time between 8am and 8pm. We cannot offer a specific day delivery or a specific time, but will upload tracking when the goods are on their way. Multiple item consignments may not all arrive on the same day.

Please ensure that this item is not left rolled for longer than 7 days after delivery is made as this can damage the integrity of the mattress.
Rolled mattresses do not have side supports, therefore prolonged sitting on the edge of the mattress is not recommended.
New mattresses that contain foam, much like carpets, paints, cars etc do have a distinctive smell. Some sleepers are more susceptible to this than others, so if you have not slept on memory foam before, we recommend you do some research prior to purchasing. This odour does dissipate over time, but the mattress may need several days to air to acclimatise to the temperature and humidity of your property.
As with all online purchases, your order from Capital Beds is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via eBay messages within 30 days of receipt. The cost and responsibility for returning your mattress in these cases lies solely with you, the purchaser. Please be aware that these large bulky products are both difficult and expensive to return. Please, therefore, take extra care to ensure you have the correct size for your needs before ordering. We regret that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been slept on. For items that are faulty or have been sent in error, we reserve the right to either pay for the return, refund or replace as we see fit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
