This is "So Here Then Are Dreams" by Olive Schreiner, in a first limited edition of 1983 copies printed on handmade deluxe Roycroft watermarked paper by the Roycrofters Studio in 1928. These copies were supposed to be signed by Hubbard and numbered, but this copy has neither attribute. It does have the watermarked paper, deckle edged on two sides and gilt on the upper page block fore-edges. The book is bound in dark blue suede (which has deteriorated considerably), and handmade decorative paper-covered boards (see scan). This edition features the writings of Olive Schreiner, with decorations by the Roycrofters. Condition is Very Good Minus, showing wear especially to the extremities of the spine, with some material loss. The inside is very clean; overall, a lovely example of the Roycrofters' book arts.
