 Stunning pattern. Ideal for a summer cover up and chic enough to be a part of a special occasion outfit such as wedding guest outfit. Originally designed for the Queen's Coronation in 1953!

Two sizes; 33/34 and 35/36" . 

Knitted in 3 ply Angora wool on on number 10,11 & 12 needles, (3.25, 3.00 & 2.75mm) .  Tension 8sts. and 10 rows to 1"

3 ply Angora is difficult to get hold of in these modern times, however a good alternative would be Patons Dreamtime 3 ply, a soft and fluffy baby wool, lovely and light and soft to the touch, (and the same tension as this pattern).

Please note you will be buying a carefully produced reformated knitting pattern from my own vintage collection.

The original is from a 1950's magazine and is out of print and copyright.

Your pattern will be produced on quality paper, will be double side printed.

It will be laminated so that it may last as long as the original!
