Full payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. Payment can be made via PayPal (note that PayPal now accepts credit or debit card payments without the need to create a PayPal account) or you can also choose to pay by either cheque (payable to scarylong golf), postal order (payable to scarylong golf) or bank transfer.

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (commonly and previously known as `distance selling regulations`), goods purchased in the getpaddedup Ebay store may be returned within 14 working days following receipt of the item(s), provided that they are returned in the original packaging and in the same condition. Personalised, customised, made-to-order or any other product where an adjustment has been made are excluded and cannot be returned.

The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs except in the case of faulty items.

If your item does not fit, we will happily exchange for a change of size. Simply send the item to the returns address as per the packing slip. Exchange postage is charged at the same rate as per the original order and can be enclosed as a cheque payable to `scarylong golf` or via PayPal. In the event of requiring an exchange of part of an order, please contact us for a partial postage cost.

We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of a picking error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.

Acceptance of your order (and the products within the order) and the completion of the contract between the customer and scarylong golf takes place when scarylong golf indicates, by email, that your order has been dispatched. The acceptance will be considered complete and to have been effectively communicated to the customer, whether or not the email is received. On most occasions, payment may be taken before this point but acceptance of the order is not confirmed until the above procedure is complete. In the event that we have to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded immediately.

For courier services, please note a surcharge of £7.50 applies to the following postcodes and areas: PH19 - 44, PH49 - 50, IV, KW, PA20 - 88, ZE, KA27 & KA 28, HS, all Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly. Please email us for courier quotes to the Channel Islands.

In the majority of cases, your order will be sent using 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail services. Please note that Royal Mail has a maximum length restriction of 60cms for 1st and 2nd Class and therefore some items (Bats, Batting Pads, Stumps or Kit Bags etc) will be dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service or by UPS / Hermes courier service. For `Express Next Day Services`, Royal Mail Special Delivery 1PM service or UPS Next Day service will be used. Please note, `Express Next Day Services` are relative to dispatch day not day of ordering.

We offer Royal Mail Airmail rates to Europe for packages up to 2kg in weight. Delivery by Airmail to Europe is approx. 3-5 days. If you require goods heavier than 2kg, please message us for latest European and Worldwide Courier Rates.

We offer Worldwide Royal Mail Airmail rates for packages up to 2kg in weight. Delivery by Airmail is approx. 5-7 days. If you require goods amounting to more than this, please message us for latest Worldwide Courier Rates.

We will replace any item that is lost in the post or offer a full refund. Items sent by Royal Mail are subject to a 15 working days period before the package is considered lost by the Royal Mail. These are conditions imposed on every user of Royal Mail services and outside our control.

We have no retail premises and therefore collection is not offered.
