Why should you use CHIMNEY SWEEPING LOG:

Fire and smoke produce soot deposits on the inner walls of the chimney vent. The effectiveness of the fire is thus with continued use drastically reduced.
Chimney Sweeping Log remove these damaging soot deposits. Regular cleaning saves energy and protects the environment.
As the Chimney Sweeping Log warms your home for the 2 hours, the special extra ingredient will automatically remove soot deposits from the fireplace. 
The fire log may continue to smoulder for some time after burning. Leave it in the fireplace until the smoke has completely cleaned. 

                                                                                      It is also rendered more brittle, allowing for easier and more effective mechanical removal.

Usage Hints and Tips:

Light up your fireplace as usual. When the fire is ready put the Chimney Sweeping Log on the top of the fire. Always use one of the log.
Use Chimney Sweeping Log aprox every 60 days ( 2 month) if your fireplace is used daily or every 60 fires  (once or twice a season) or as needed.

The Problem - creosote

Over time, the creosote from wood fires builds up inside your chimney or flue.  Creosote is a flammable material which can ignite causing a fire in your  chimney.
So confident are the manufacturers of the Chimney Sweeping Log, that every  single log give you free insurance against chimney fires.
When wood is burned, the combustion process is never complete. The smoke from a  wood fire usually contains a dark brown or black substance which has a smoky  odour. This tar like substance is called creosote and is found nearly everywhere  in a wood heating system.

Wood has different characteristics - certain types of wood release more heat  than others. Hardwoods such as Oak are denser than softer woods such as pine.  Hardwoods will burn longer. Unseasoned 'green' wood will burn with difficulty  and produce more creosote.

It is typically used for complete afterburning and cleaning of soot in the boiler, furnace, combustion chamber, chimney canals.

When the parcel has been collected by from your local shop, delivery will be made within 1-2 working days to the recipient’s pre-selected local shop for them to collect.
