Application:-
- Can mounted on diesel FIP test benches / stands of all makes.
Suitable for all kinds of test benches, comes with a Bosch CP1 pump and Bosch / Delphi Common rail with a mechanical drain valve to supply diesel at a high pressure up to 2000 Bar. Also a high pressure gauge 0 - 30,000 PSI / 0 - 2000 Bar to monitor Rail Pressure.
Application:- Used to test all kinds of common rail injectors - Bosch (Including GM Duramax and Dodge Cummins), Delphi, Denso and Siemens (Piezoelectric technology). It can be used to test an injector for its delivery, spray pattern, chattering, back leakage / return. By checking the injector delivery to return ratio one can diagnose a faulty injector.
The Injector Testing Kit Consists of :-
a. Electronic Simulator Unit - CRI 4100 - which simulates the working of the ECU in the vehicle and provides the various CR injectors - Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens with driving signals. One can control the pulse width 'W' (Volume of delivery per spray), Engine RPM 'N' which in turn determines the Frequency 'F' (No. of times the injector sprays per second) [ Frequency F = N / 60. example - if set RPM N = 900 then frequency F = 900 / 60 = 15 sprays per second, and so on ]. b. Bosch CP1 Pump (High Pressure Source) - To supply diesel to the injector up to 2000 Bar pressure. Enabling the measuring of output delivery to back return ratio on a test bench / stand. (Lightly used, but in excellent working condition)
c. Common fuel rail with high pressure drain valve fitted with large wheel - To create pressure up to 2000 Bar to be supplied to the injector - Lightly used Delphi or Bosch common rail in excellent working condition.
Note: The rail pressure / the pressure being supplied to the injector can be increased by (a) tightening the drain valve at one end of the rail and (b) by increasing the speed (RPM) of the test bench.
d. Electrical Connectors / Couplers - for all kinds of common rail injectors - i.e. Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens.
e. Pressure Gauge with suitable adapter to be mounted on fuel rail ( 0 - 2000 Bar. & 0 - 30000 PSI - 150 MM Dial - Glycerin filled) - To monitor common rail pressure.
f. Mounting Bracket for pump - Suitable for mounting all types of common rail pumps viz Bosch, Delphi and Siemens, with suitable coupling.

Description:-
The CRI 4100 is an ECU simulator and simulates the working of the engine ECU (on vehicles) tp provide precise and stable driving signals for a common rail injector of either solenoid technology or piezoelectric technology, made by Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens. The user is able to set the control parameters of fuel injection drive signals. By combining of this electronic simulator and a high pressure fuel source, which may be a mechanical manual pump, or an electrical motor driven pump (as in this case on a diesel FIP test bench), or a pneumatic driven pressure booster, to feed the CR injector, the user is able to fulfill the tasks of checking nozzle spray pattern and injector output delivery to back leakage for a Common Rail injector.
