• Buyers must respond to within 7 days of the auction's close or the item will be re-listed.
• Orders will be processed after payment is received in full.
• Since all eBay sales are in auction format, All sales are final. No refund, no exchange are available. Defect Replacement only. For defective item, please contact us within 10 days after receipt of the item. No exchange after that. Please note that we cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear of the item, and if the original tag is removed, any exchange or refund request will not be granted. 
• Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs and insurance.
• Returned unit will be tested. Defective or damaged product will be replaced or repaired at our option. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper handling or accidental damage.
  
• Winning bidder MUST pay within 7 days of auction. Negative feedback and non-paying bidder alert will be given and final value fee refund will be requested from eBay for all non-paying bidders.
