This is listing is for a pair (left/right, passenger/driver's) of OEM Lexus SC300 / SC400 head rests in factory tan. They should fit all years from 1992-2000, although '98+ went to a perforated leather for the seats that may or may not match.
Condition is fair, with moderate signs of wear but still fairly soft leather. They would be a good candidate for a spare set to reupholster.
I think that indentation on the front of the right one in the picture is from where I had it sitting on the other one's metal post for a few months. I assume it will go back to normal in time.
