Tecumseh 611199  flywheel from a 5hp Noma Murray Craftsman Snow blower HSSK50 67338S  This will allow you to add electric starter    There is some surface rust as to be expected from being in regular service and cast iron.  Does not have any impact on the flywheel's performance  Was bench tested on an engine here in the shop and current output met specs.   These are found on many snowblower models including Toro Craftsman Sears Jacobson Deere Simplicity Ariens Hahn
