DELIVERIES & disclaimer:

If you live in Scotland with the following postcodes (PA, PH, AB, IV, KW, and KA off shore) or if you live in Channel Island or any other OFF SHORE part of the UK Please contact me for a Royal Mail postage quote before committing to buy as my couriers do not operate in you area. All Items will have to be sent by an Insured signed for service. We no longer ship to any part Ireland , Northern Ireland or the EU.

We ship all items on the next working day. We are based in Aberdeenshire, and find that a number of our next working day deliveries can take an extra working day (even though we pay for next working day service) It is purely down to distances involved. Please remember this when making your purchase. Please expect a 2 working day service to avoid disappointment.

Please remember when it comes to shipping / delivery times once we post and item out it is out of our control on how long an item takes to get to you. Holidays, van break downs can delay deliveries. We will post all items out within ONE working day, sometimes the same day if our courier has not collected and we can get it packed up in time. We would ask you please not to leave 1,2 or 3 star ratings for delivery times as it really effects our business and really is out of our control. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any issue with delivery or your item please message us asap and we will get straight back to you, normally within 2 hours.

CLOTHING DISCLAIMER:

We have lots of bankrupt stock / end of line items / factory returns/ Show stock and old stock We have chosen to list these items in the USED category. 

Some items may have been stored for some time and may have a slight musty smell but this will disappear after a few rides. Please be aware of this when purchasing. 

Some items may have been in the shops on display or at trade shows. Some items may have been tried on by customers, some items may no longer have their original tags or packaging. There is the potential for some items to have storage marks from being tried on or from being transported from shows or suppliers. If we do see any major marks when listing an item we would make mention in the listing description and take detailed photographs. As we do not have replacement items to offer on most of our stock we are selling them as used items at heavily discounted prices. 

With all our listing that are end of line, bankrupt stock, Factory returns or used items there is no warranty available at all. They can not be returned to the manufacturers and are sold at a huge discount. We still have a 30 day eBay return policy where you can return an item if you do not like it, or it does not fit. Items can not be returned after the 30 days. Please remember this when buying. 

Please inspect your item upon delivery to make sure you are happy with it. If it is to be returned it must be returned in the condition it was sent out in. If it comes with tags attached they should still be attached, if it is unworn it must remain unworn. If items are returned in any other condition than they were sent out in, a deduction will be applied to the refund amount to account for this. 

All items labelled as CE protection will have conformed to the relevant regulations at the time of manufacture. regulations change and update on a regular basis and may not be to todays current CE regulations or specifications.,

It goes without saying, that all parts purchased (new or used), should be inspected before fitment by a qualified mechanic to ensure they are fit for purpose and the correct item for your vehicle. I am not liable for any damage caused to you, anyone else, your vehicle or anyone else's vehicle or property for incorrectly fitted parts, or items not checked to ensure they are fit for purpose prior to fitment.

Photos form part of the listing description. We describe as accurately as we can, however, these items are used items. There is to be expected age related marks and wear here and there and we will document these in both the written description and the detailed photos.
