It is made in Italy. It is marked size 38. It is 60% rayon, 30% linen, 10% nylon.  
The bust measures 26 inch. The shoulders measures 14.25 inch. The length measures 22 inch. The outside of sleeve measures 25 inch from shoulder seam.
