This is a new in package, Lands' End, Women's Fit3, 26W/Petite, Twill 7 Day Trousers in Khaki Color.  They are 60% Cotton and 40% Polyester.  The inseam on the legs measures 33" and the waist with no stretch measures 45" with/elastic on both sides of the waist band for expansion if necessary.  The waist has a button and zipper closure with 7 belt loops at the waist.  There's 2 front pockets and 2 back pockets.  The pants have unfinished hems so they can be hemmed to the length desired.  They are machine washable.
