Offered is an irregular shaped ceramic tray / platter with an up-turned outer margin, covered with arcs of overlapping blue glaze over gray, with brown high-gloss applied abstractly around the perimeter and back margin of the piece.  The tray is organic in shape with gentle curves and protrusions. The perimeter it turned up in an uneven abstract manner.  High, low and in between heights.  Reference images for the best description of this piece.  The tray is 11” at the longest point and is over 9” at its widest.  It sits on a flat raw clay base.  The piece is in gallery condition with no flaws.  Marked ‘Stein’ May ’84.  Great, serviceable piece.
