This product is warehoused in California, USA.  
We will ship out the item within 1 business day. If you make an order and pay before 1 pm PST on a business day, we will most likely ship out the item the same day!  
USPS is our preferred carrier.  The item usually arrives within 1-5 days after shipped to the Continental United States.
 
Other faster shipping options are available upon request, with additional cost.  Email us for pricing to your zip code/country. We ship to PayPal confirmed address only. Please make sure your PayPal address is up-to-date.

Payment

We accept PayPal Only. Payments should be made within 30 days of auction closing. Total amount due includes the final auction price plus S&H (Shipping and Handling). Returns may be subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling (S&H) does not include duties, local taxes or any other import fees. S&H will be determined based upon the SHIP TO address. 

Returns & Refunds

We accept return in 30 days and appreciate communication in advance! You must contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you send anything back. Any packages returned by buyer Without Communication WILL NOT be handled. With the RA#, we may address return issues with a high efficiency. Without the RA#, we may fail to find your transaction. We deeply appreciate your understanding! All returned items should be in the original packaging and you will need to provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID. Replacements or refunds should be concluded before returning your purchase. Replacements or returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Guarantee

We provide a 90 day manufacturer warranty. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within this warranty period (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). We will not refund any labor costs in incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website
