It is designed and made by Alice Ceramica in Italy and marketed by Turner Hastings here in Sydney, Australia. Condition: - This item is in excellent new condition.
- The sink was unpacked and silicone adhesive applied just prior to its suitability being rejected by management due to dimensions and fitting requirements.
- This item was handled by construction workers but was never put to use.
- Silicone adhesive was applied to the sink hole and rear but has now been removed carefully.
- There is no damage.
Storage: The item has been kept in its original packaging in dry protected storage.

- There are several couriers available and we encourage the buyer to choose their own vendor according to budget and preference.
- If the buyer does not elect the fragile option then the seller will not be liable for damage during transit.
- We have used BHF Couriers, Toll and Couriers Please successfully in the past.
- The item will be first packed in its original box. Then a layer of about 2cm polystyrofoam will be outside this. Finally an exterior layer of cardboard will be used.
- This layered packaging should be able to withstand the forces exerted during standard delivery but it will not be guaranteed especially if handlers submit the product to extreme drops or impacts.
