I always obtain proof of posting for all parcels dispatched, which are automatically insured to the value of £20 by Royal Mail . Once items have been dispatched they are in the hands of Royal Mail  and I cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Proof of postage will be forwarded if required to claim from the post office for lost or damaged items.

A dispatch message will be sent from me.
