Published in 1920 by MacMillan, New York.
A fairly uncommon book that is nicely presented with two maps and 46 full page plates.
Only a good binding of black cloth and a red label to the cover. The gilt titles are a little faded,
the extremities are bumped and rubbed with some fraying to the spine seem. Still tight and
functional though. This copy with two blind stamps. One says Presentation copy, the other
K. A. Gai, Peshawar N.W.F.P. With 346 pages of clean text and illustrations. There is also a
color folding map present in the rear pocket, opposite to which a previous owner has inked some notes.
