Delivery Information:

This will be despatched the same working day if ordered before 11am via Royal Mail. This does not include Bank Holidays, weekends & the Christmas period. However, we cannot foresee problems that may occur with the couriers such as vehicle breakdowns, so we cannot offer a guaranteed service. You will be given a tracking number that you can use to track your item. 

We fully comply with the eBay policies. If the item is faulty (apart from the fault listed), we will send a replacement part free of charge. Should you wish to return the product because you have changed your mind, it is your responsibility to pay for this.

We are a UK supplier of bed frames, mattresses and spare parts. All of our products are wither brand new, or slight seconds where minimal damage has been caused. This will always be itemised in the product description or the title.
