Shipping and Handling:
• We have 5 Business days handling time in all our listings to allow us time to make the covers.
• We only ship to the address on file at the time of the order, no exceptions.
• We ship USPS and will combine shipping when more than one cover is ordered at the same time.
• Please note that sometimes the USPS mis-routes and or does not always scan packages, with the number of packages that they handle this is going to happen from time to time. Please understand that we do not work for USPS and if your package is delayed then we will open a case for you but understand that our actions are just as limited as yours.
We require immediate payment, we do not send invoices.
No Returns on orders:
- We make each cover to order and do not accept returns due to ordering the wrong item or buyers' remorse.
- If however, for any reason that the cover does not meet the listing description in regards to embroidery style and or the listed cover dimensions, then we will be happy to re-make it. We may require pictures of the issue so that we can verify it.
ALL COVERS ARE MADE TO ORDER:
We may show a quantity of more than one cover in “stock” for a particular model. The reason behind this is so that we do not have to go back and redo the listing after each sale. Please understand that ALL covers are made to order, and it takes 5 business days for us to do so. If this time frame does not work for you and you will get rude with us over it, then please do not order from us.
Dust Cover Info:
We buy are material on 40 yard rolls and purchase 320 yards at a time (8 Rolls). We have a negotiated min / max thickness of both the Vinyl and its nylon mesh backing so there may be variations per run. All covers are made from this nylon mesh backed vinyl and the standard cover is open in the back with the exception of some microphone, head unit and shortwave receiver covers that are 4 sided. We show all our cover dimensions in the listing description, we get these dimensions mainly from product manuals or manufacturers websites. That said, we are not responsible for you not verifying that the cover based on said dimensions will work with your set-up. If you want to adjust dimensions up to +/-2” in width, height or depth, we are happy to do so if you send a note along with the order.
If you send a note on the order and forget to click the “add message” radio button and you note does not go through, resulting in your order being as per the listing description, then it is not our responsibility to fix it. We reply to all notes on orders within a day, so if you do not get a reply then you should follow up.

Item Pricing:
Our eBay shop prices are higher than those on our direct site to cover fee's associated with this platform. This is an unavoidable part of doing business on here and we thank you for your understanding.
Specials, Sales and Coupons:
We have specials that are automatically applied at checkout, you must use the add to cart feature in eBay to get these discounts. We also from time to time run sales that are either store wide markdowns or crequire a coupon code at checkout.
We schedule all of our sales, specials and coupons. Please do not ask us to prorate an order because we will decline as there is no real and fair way to draw the line for a cut-off on prorating. We thank those who understand this and honor thier order(s) with us.
*We do not go back and try to figure out a discount for you after the fact so please be sure to read and dollow the requirements associated with the above.
Cancellations:
If you ordered the wrong item, or wish to cancel within the first day of the order then we will honor that. If you decide that you want to cancel the order over not getting a pro-rated discount, not honoring our 5 business day shipping policy, etc. then you will be blocked.
Things that will get you blocked:
If you leave neutral or negative feedback without first giving us a chance to remedy the issue through eBay's messenger.
If you get rude with us either over the phone or through the eBay messenger.
If you request us to take the sale outside of eBay.
If you demand something after the sale that was not offered at time of the original sale.
