An original etching by H. Douglas Jr.  It is signed by the artist in pencil, and titled and probably numbered also. 

Toe Dancers was lightly mated at some point, as is evidenced by the tony tape ghosts to the top corners and 

some darkening from the mat ghosts.  The image measures about 7" x 5", the paper itself about 9" x 7".
