Our natural solid oak wooden Keepsake Box is very unique in having a metal pewter 'Special Mum' feature on the oak box lid, together with your own personalization engraved to show your love for this special lady. You can have any personal message engraved up to around 80 letters which fits nicely in the available space. Our oak keepsake box is a larger box than most others, measuring approximately 7.5inches in length x 5.5inches wide x 5.5inches high (19cm x 14cm x 14cm) and is, therefore, the perfect gift for holding small treasured keepsake items such as cards, jewellery and trinkets. Our keepsake box also has 4 openings on the outside for special photographs to be displayed. Again, most other boxes only have space for very small format photographs, whereas ours is able to display two 6inch x 4inch photographs and two 4inch x 4inch photographs, making it a much more practical and usable gift. When will my order be dispatched?
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared and usually the following day after an order has been placed. This isn't always possible due to high demand particularly as the vast majority of our items are individually personalised to each customer's requirements. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will also impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.
What delivery method do you use?All UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery. Some smaller items may be shipped via Royal Mail Large Letter 48 Service. We offer a shipping upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at Checkout for an additional fee. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked Service.
What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?Please check the tracking for your order which you can find in your eBay Account. If a delivery has been attempted and no one was in, you can rearrange delivery with Royal Mail at another suitable time. Alternatively, at this point, you can go to your Local Royal Mail Delivery Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM?
Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.
For non-personalised items, if you change your mind, or the product is not suitable, then you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. We only accept unopened/unused products. All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.

Where you have purchased a personalised item, we will need your personalisation information before we are able to process your order. The personalisation information you need to provide us with is clearly highlighted in the 'Product Description' Section. Please try to follow the requirements closely as if you do not provide this or if your personalisation information is not in the right format or is too long for example, your order will not be processed promptly.
