Knorr Fix Lasagne means Italy from the oven: delicious tomatoes, onions, and spices seasoned with typical Italian herbs. With the Knorr seasoning mix, you can conjure up a delicious Italian, vegan, or vegetarian lasagna in no time. With this popular seasoning base, an authentic lasagna casserole is guaranteed to succeed.

Ingredients:

36% tomato powder¹², starch, wheat flour¹, sugar¹, iodized salt, 7.1% onion powder¹², corn germ oil¹, 1.7% garlic¹², 1.5% oregano¹², yeast extract¹, paprika¹², thyme¹², salt, rosemary¹², parsley¹, basil¹. May contain egg, milk, celery, mustard, soy, and other gluten-containing cereals. ¹Natural ingredients are marked with an asterisk. ²From sustainable agriculture.

Instructions for use

Here's how:

1) Brown 200 g lean ground meat in 1 tbsp hot oil. Add 400 ml cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 1 minute.

2) Layer sauce and 6 lasagna sheets alternately in a baking dish. Start with sauce and finish with it. Spread 100 g crème fraîche and 50 g grated cheese (16% fat) over the top.

3) Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
