• We set this return/exchange policy here in case an item is not what you expected or does not fit well. You can simply return it to us, as long as you keep the item absolutely new with all its tags intact. Please make sure all these conditions are met before your return/exchange: 
  
  
  • The item is still in the condition we send you: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all its tags attached (no return and no exchange once you pull the tags off so please try the items on without pulling tags off)!
    
  • You need to email us within 3 days of delivery regarding the return/exchange. We have to receive the item(s) back within 14 days. Otherwise all sales are final.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred as a result of a return/exchange because we keep our profit to a minimal in order to bring you the best value.  Our products are offered with free shipping assuming you will keep the purchase. We do get seller's final value fee discount if we do it this way (not trying to mislead here if you do read our policies before you make any purchase). That discount does bring the selling price down hence the better value for our customers. We don't sell anything for full retail price so there is no additional profit at all to cover the shipping cost we have to spend to send the item to you for you to try it on at the convenient of your home. Please be aware our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund if you return your purchase in the form of our 10% restocking fee. Please understand that is the cost we have to recover if no profit to cover it.
