Purr-fect Cat/Kitten Helium Quality 45cm  Foil Balloon (flat)

Requires Air or Helium to inflate

Foil Balloons stay afloat much longer than latex - between 1 - 4 weeks, depending on the quality of helium.

Foil balloons can also be refilled several times until they "expire" themselves.

Please Note - Care must be taken when filling Foil Balloons.  If you overfill them, they will split/burst.  Make sure that it is still a little "wrinkly" around the seam - not too tight.
